Pinto Rappa is a character that only appears in the anime series. She is Parappa's younger sister. Pinto and her pet Uee are the only members of Parappa's family that have not appeared in any of the games, as they were introduced in the series that came after any of the game installations.
Pinto has a cheerful and happy personality. She wears a light pink dress and hot pink shoes. She is also the only member of the Rappa family to have a different nose color.
