When a character is being or has just recently been impregnated, usually as or directly after the semen is ejaculated inside them from their partner during sexual intercourse, or injected using a syringe or another object.
Although cum in pussy and/or cum in uterus can suggest impregnation, this tag should only be added if there is further evidence. Some of the biggest examples for this would be:
- actual depictions of a sperm cell hitting an ovum.
- through dialogue where the character is saying that they will become pregnant (occasionally due to various reasons) as a result of it.
- at least a single panel on a single post showing a character visibly pregnant or giving birth after scenes of sexual intercourse.
