A character in The Binding of Issac that appears as a boss at the end of Sheol and at the door by the start of either Dark Room or The Chest as Mega Satan. Satan also appears in the devil rooms where the player can sacrifice their health for items, although the player can and will die if they make a deal that takes more health than what they currently have (taking a 2 heart deal while only having one heart for example will be fatal and end the run unless the player has extra lives). Satan is depicted as a black skinned goat demon with wings and red eyes.
