The Damascus goat (also known as Aleppo, Halep, Baladi, Damascene, Shami, or Chami) is a breed of domestic goat originated in Syria.
The breed is famous for its long floppy ears that curl around themselves. The young have an adorable dainty appearance, but the adults are frighteningly ugly.
