A snake-like creature in the place of another character's penis. This is one step up from just a penis_maw, and should be characterized by a discernable head (usually that of a snake, possibly without_eyes, though dragons are not uncommon). Depending on how "present" the snake-penis appears to be as a character, it may be also be tagged as sentient_penis and/or conjoined.

Since those characters have their own head and mouth, but are also acting as someone else's penis, qualifying what comes in and out of their mouth straddles an interesting line. What would be considered ejaculation for a regular penis would also fall under emitting_cum (or emitting_precum) for a sentient creature. Likewise, a snake-penis swallowing another character may be considered both oral_vore and cock_vore.

A snake_penis is almost always a sentient_penis.
A snake_penis with arms is a cock_naga.
