Temmie (/ˈtɛ.miː/) is both a species and a character from Undertale.

They resemble cats with both cat and dog ears, black hair (aside from the Tem shopkeeper) and a blue striped shirt. They almost share a noticeable speech impediment or merely childish speech manner, where they often omit letters or mix up lower and upper cases.

They were originally created by Betty Kwong, who based their designs on Undertale's co-designer Temmie "Tuyoki" Chang's personality traits.
