The former spelling is tailzkim's Twitter handle. As such, it should be aliased to the main tag used for the artist on e621.
A benefit of this is that it will help prevent the artist's Twitter followers from uploading duplicates by mistake.
Also, alias noah_marugi -> noah_(artist)
