It looks like Ozelot broke into The Diggler's not-so-secret underground base where he was developing tools specifically designed to stop each admin in their tracks should the e621 Revolution begin. Ozelot managed to slip out with the Anti-HuskyBurgerBuns9001.

hmmm... not sure of any one in particular but it'd probably be something h0rs3 made.

For some reason, I don't like most animators that other people like. Though it might be a matter of subject matter.
