Aliasing dog_bowl → food_bowl

I've made the following changes:

• Alias: dog_bowl -> food_bowl (approved)
• Implication: food_bowl -> bowl (approved)

Okay so how about we undo this, and alias both to pet_bowl.
Also alias water_bowl -> pet_bowl.

Basically food bowl and water bowl are bad tag names, considering that it's describing more the content of the object rather than the object itself (you cannot recognize a food bowl as food bowl without food inside. And no, text is not relevant). And considering how huge amount of the posts tagged as food bowl are just pet bowls with cum, piss etc inside...

Alternatively we unalias dog bowl from food bowl (considering that dog bowls can be water bowls as well), clean up food_bowl tag and make different tag for all different possible things you can put in bowls. Yay, feces_bowl.

+1 for aliasing said tags (and doggy_bowl) to pet_bowl.
