I would suggest an alias, actually. Unless there's a reason there's a black_and_white_and_red tag?

I think it warrants its own tag because it appears a common theme in black and white art is to feature a single red object in a piece to make it stand out. Such as blood, a rose, lipstick, etc.

Many of those belong under the spot_color tag instead of restricted_palette.

Hmm, didn't know about that one. But why doesn't spot_color imply restricted_palette?

Different techniques. Spot_color is monochrome with a spot of color used for emphasis (like in the Schindler's List movie), whereas restricted_palette is for posts that have been fully drawn in limited palette.

Okay, so we could really just get rid of the tag and sort them into one of the two tags?

n..no? that's like saying get rid of white background because it's a simple background. or get rid of black and white and just use monochrome instead. getting rid of it makes no sense.

Denied. The two tags serve different purposes, even if they do overlap. restricted_palette is more an artistic technique than anything, which doesn't always apply to the color_and_color tags.
