Although, looking at the water_gun tag, very few of them wouldn't qualify (for instance, post #752420 isn't a super soaker).
I was mainly thinking of the water guns that have huge tanks, you have to pump them for added pressure, and is typically carried with both hands.

Since you suggested water_gun be the main tag, this shouldn't be a problem. Something can be a water gun without it being a super soaker, but a super soaker is always a water gun.

+1. The tag is hardly in use, but since it's been suggested now, it might as well be approved for future use.
