Done; however, there are lots of posts that seem to be tagged with half-dressed, but the characters have little to nothing on (post #1693, post #1883)

If we go by the wiki definition for half-dressed, then only bottomless or topless characters would get the tag (i.e. an implication of bottomless -> half-dressed & topless -> half-dressed)

More than likely people are probably using half-dressed interchangeably with skimpy, which could be debated
