I've run into several pics (usually involving sounding beads) where a toy is being pulling. It may or may not be entire outside of the involved orifice, though.

It seems to me like pull_out is a natural tag to be used in such pics, and that it probably is unlikely to "dilute" the penis version. Any thoughts?

No, pull_out is not a "penis version" of anything. Read the wiki, it has nothing to do with the distinction between insertion and penetration tags.

pull_out is currently used for penises only. What Circeus is asking is whether or not we should extend that definition to non-penises since we have a lack of an equivalent tag.

Those seem like two different kinks, so I don't think it'd be a good idea to mix both under the same tag.

Perhaps use pulling sex toy instead of pull_out?

Honestly, if anyone doesn't want to view one or the other, pull_out -penis or -sex_toy would work in a search (unless both penis pulling out and sex toy pulling out are in a single image, but is that really that common?)
