Topic: methods of finding nuked posts and the offenders. other tagging tricks.

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

So first of all any of you who've looked at my profile may have notice I have only one subscription. Nuke Inspection:tagcount:1.
Now it used to work until something broke or maybe it was changed in some way I missed. either way this format no longer works.
I used to scroll the tag history page for all the current recent changes while having my viewer highlight - . Any large concentrations of those an you probably had a nuked post. But this only works if you either have a moon full of patience or it's happened within the last hour or so... Then when tagcount was introduced I swapped to that... now it doesn't work.. recently found two tag bombers. One of em was pretty old in fact and they nuked most if not all their own uploads and no one noticed till I found one then used "tagme" to search for more....
Need a way to target the posts, such as tagcount:1.

Is there an easier way of separating certain tag combos?
Example I use every so often; dickgirl ~female ~male, or herm * * it works, sorta but I still end up looking through quite a few posts that are valid and finding the invalid ones after tedious sifting...
Is there a script that could help? I have no idea at all what to do if there is one or how to use one... ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ

Tagcount not working isn't a good thing. Didn't see anything about modifications to it in changelog recently. Any idea if this has been mentioned in bug report thread?

Hate to bring this back up but was tagcount:# removed or... just changed? I never did get the answer from the admin.
What chessax mentioned works though the original version i was using seems to work much better. When I search tagcount:# I get.... incorrect results. With the asc mode I have to remember which posts where where and stuff.
I've mentioned it in the bug reports but never seemed to get a response about It.
Could an admin please tell me if this is a bug or did it get changed/removed? Or am I doing it wrong?

Yeah, I'd definitely like to get some info on the status of the various tag count metatags from some of the higher ups. While I'm sure the bug report thread is read, it rarely gets direct responses of the type fixed/won't fix/will fix etc.

Good news everyone.

Tag counts should now be working properly again with the exception of ~2 days ago (when we updated last) to ~8 months ago (when it broke). From what I understand, the posts that don't have correct tag counts should fix themselves on next edit, but I'm hoping there's a way to update them all at once. I'd prefer if there was an internal way to do it, but I have an idea as a backup plan (I need to do some testing first to make sure it works).

Edit: I went with the backup plan. Should be all corrected by the time this post is 10 hours old.

Tag count hasn't worked for a while, but it sounds like that's going to change. Yay mods!

Most of the posts in the last year should have corrected tag counts now. I had some trouble in the middle (turns out the server doesn't like processing a 200,000+ post job that takes 36h to run :/) so it may not all be perfectly accurate but it's much better than before.

I did run a few smaller tailored jobs afterwards that would be likely to be used for tagging (tagcount<5, arttags:0, unknown_artist arttags:>1, etc.) so those should be ready to go.

If anyone wants me to update a particular search, just let me know.
