The tenga is visually unique enough that I'd just suggest implicating it, not so much for the fleshlight.

I'd never actually heard of onahole before I came here, but it's apparently a well known name for it as well. I don't like it myself because what it is isn't very intuitive if you don't already know.

I'm personally in favor of fleshlight or cocksleeve, but that's just me. Masturbation_sleeve to me just seems like an awkward phrase.

Hmm. Looking through it, the tenga is a cylinder with a dome at the end, and is closed off. The fleshlight is similar, but it has a pussy shape at the start. Finally, the onahole is more of a ring, which you repeatedly slide in and out of. Is that correct?

Pretty much. Fleshlight and Tenga are technically brands of sex toys, but fleshlight seems to be tagged even when the toy isn't from that brand. I've never heard of an onahole.

Turns out we have both cocksleeve and masturbation_sleeve and I don't see how they can refer to different things. We obviously need to alias one to the other.

Cocksleeve could be mistaken for cock_sleeve which should probably be moved to living_condom

Well...the wiki gives a second definition which I can see it already being used for:

A tubular garment meant to tightly embrace the penis in a decorative fashion.

The living condoms should be moved over manually at least, since cock_sleeve doesn't really clarify things as much as living_condom does.

As for the tubular garment, I'd always heard of those as "cock ring", however that obviously has the disadvantage of getting mistaken as a piercing. Unfortunately I don't have an easy answer for this one as I'm not that much of an expert on penis decorations.

It's notable that the wiki also suggests penis_accessory as a related tag. I'm not sure if I like that one or not, but it's clear that not many people use it.

Onahole is the japanese term for penetratable sex toys meaning "girl hole". Tenga are onaholes that focus more on feeling, texture and affordability over looking like a vagina. They are closed off at the end to increase suction using a small hole in the back. They are not rings.
