There needs to be a tag for Patreon teaser art where the image is obviously a censored version and you have to contribute to see the uncensored version. I would choose to blacklist all of those in a hot second. Better yet don't allow them at all.

They are relevant to us, even when censored, so they will get approved.
But if people would start to properly tag patreon on all images then you could blacklist patreon censored and call it a day.

Tumblr is copyright so Patreon should be as well.

Sounds reasonable to me. As long as I have a way to avoid them.
