Requested feature overview description.
Put following text or such info in Tagging help wiki.
When editing tags, hit Enter key will save changes when editing a post, or start upload when uploading a image.
Why would it be useful?
So people won't get confused when they accidentally submit edits by hit Enter key, if they look up tagging help. This info is not written anywhere in help page or wiki.

I sincerely hope people at least know that Enter in the search bars does the search..
(this is the same mechanism in both cases - your browser does the URL request specified in the "action" attribute of the form, when you press enter in a non-multiline text entry field. So, there are probably other cases where Enter does something. For example pressing it in Account Settings saves the settings)
EDIT: one other similar situation where it's indispensable really, is the "edit" mode in a post index. The fact that you can press Enter there to quickly dispatch a tag edit is not mentioned either.
