Looks like there's been several variants, but none caught on and eventually all got wiped.
But it seems like a valid tag to me, even if nobody's been interested in tagging it.

I think another problem is people don't tag it in. Either that or how low do the pants have to be to count?

To me the cleavage part implies the same as with boobs (i.e. pants_down would tend to invalidate it). Most of the instance would be of the plumber's crack anyway, which is clearly accidental. Stuff like post #1122350 would be pretty rare I assume.

Yeah, and the cleavage tags tend to be problematic. Butt_cleavage was likely tagged for butt cracks in general, regardless of the clothing. Which might be why the alias was approved.
Maybe it should be tagged as plumber's_crack... That, at least, makes the usage clearer.
