Looks like somebody fucked up badly here, this should be unimplicated before it can cause any more tagging errors.

Err... now that I think about it I've recently suggested aliasing bow_and_arrow to invalid_tag, and bow_and_arrow was AFAIR implied to ranged_weapon. But I've only made just a suggestion, right? Only admins can approve it?

From what I can tell, the suggestion made the system (on the implications side) think that it was approved, so all implications tied to it were put into effect, causing ranged_weapon to get implied to invalid_tag.
