Aliasing zuzurukin → scrafty

Leftover tag from prior to B&W's localization. It's present only on two images (both of which already also have the scrafty tag).

Why is Scrafty a character tag, instead of a species tag?

I sometimes check post #516482 for any out of place Pokemon tags, and I could've sworn that none of them were set as characters before. And since Scrafty is tagged for 520 posts, only mods can change it. Weird.

Confirmed this as a bug. An obnoxious bug at that.
I'll start working on a fix now. Edit: Fix ready
Approved and moved back to a species tag
