Bzzap!s are a species from Paper Mario, and yes, the exclamation mark is a part of their name.

Ah, I think only one of them was actually a ruff puff anyways, but I contacted them about posting more so I had asked for it to be implicated beforehand... Only to find out that their stuff was posted without their knowledge.
