We should pick one out of ill, illness and sick and alias the others to it, since they all mean basically the same thing. The wiki page at sickness should then be moved there.

I like ill as the primary tag because sick is British slang for vomit, which isn't what these tags are for.

Sick is also occasionally used as a troll tag, as in this is sick. So yeah, ill or illness would be the better main tag.

I think it works as an alias. It doesn't have enough usage to merit being separate.
