Follows from the implication: story_in_description → story

There are probably authors that wouldn't want their work to be reposted. Which is why I suggest an implication rather than an alias.

EDIT: The tag implication story_at_source -> story (forum #195587) has been rejected by @Millcore.

I'm a bit hesitant with this one, mainly because of the TWYS policy. If you don't see a story in the post or description...?

Even with an implication, the tag story will be present, even when there may not be an actual story present (visible on e6).

I think the 'at source' tag is doing its job just fine in this case.
