Against. It's named fully_sheathed because it's for sheaths, not for anything else. Genital slits don't belong under that tag.

And slits with no visible penis are ambiguous. The character could, for instance, be a cuntboy. There's no way to tell that there's a penis in there, therefore those shouldn't be tagged as genital_slit in the first place.

Could use the umbrella tag fully_retracted, but only progression images (or comics) should get it with slits, because if a pens isn't shown as a part of it somewhere in the image, it's ambiguous.

but sometimes genital slits looks very different from a pussy (placement, groin structure, lack of clitoris and labia minora and so on) and its pretty easy to tell that its a genital slit. the twys rule does have room for common sense you know. also im pretty sure that i have seen admins rule images to be tagged as male and genital slit because of this. also nothing stops people from putting external balls for a character with genital slit.

Male and female slits look almost identical. Females have an internal clitoris etc, so those are not good indicators. For ferals, at least, and I don't see why anthro slits would have more variance.

The tag is based on marine animals such as dolphins, and if it weren't for mammary_slits, most people would have hard time telling the difference between males and females.

Yeah, those exist. We probably should create some tag for 'external balls, but internal penis'. Can't think of a good name for it.

Those shouldn't be tagged with sheath anyways. Any mistags that come from fully_sheathed would just as likely apply to sheath as well.

Slit gets tagged for all kinds of slits. Slitted eyes, mail slots, sheath slits, slit wrists, cloacas, etc. I think I've even seen it tagged for dresses. Also, sometimes it's hard to tell by twys whether something's a genital slit, cloaca, or a pussy. Such as post #911662. Those tend to simply be tagged as slits.

The tag is too ambiguous to be of much use, but can't be directly aliased anywhere. It'd have to be either disambiguated or invalidated.

It's almost rare enough that external_balls,_but_internal_penis might be a viable option. :P
