I disagree simply because of stuff like Milky Way (like I said in a different thread). Those are not teats, those are full blown human tits on her crotch. :P

Breast and teat are not the same. Hence a chicken has breasts but no teats. Breast is that part of a torso. Teat is basically nipple.

Teat is a nipple down there. If you're going to alias crotchboobs then you should alias udders too.

We don't tag male characters with breasts, but they have them.

I never really understood teats being used for this purpose. Are they not still teats when they're in the standard position on a humanlike figure? Hence why I prefer crotchboob, since it makes it obvious you're talking about boobs by your crotch, not just boobs in general. An udder is a single large 'breast' with multiple nipples, which isn't the same as a crotchboob.

If you're going to be that technical, then you say that an udder is actually a thing with teats on it.

Basically, there are three things: 1) Tits on chest, 2) Tits in crotch, 3) Udder. Just have to pick a tag for each. "Breasts", "teats", and "udder" sounds good to me.

I came across this thread and just had to weigh in. A teat is not the same thing as a boob/breast; a teat is a type of nipple. I think structure is more important to consider than location. I had a class in mammology in college and here's the definitions as I remember them.

A "breast" is a single mammary gland. They come in pairs, but they are separate structures.

An "udder" is a pair or more of mammary glands in a single structure. Cows has two pairs, while sheep and goats have one pair.

A "nipple" is the structure through which the mammary gland issues milk. Ducts from the gland drains the milk through multiple pores on the nipple. Milking from a nipple results in multiple fine streams.

A "teat" is a specialized nipple where the ducts drain the milk into a single chamber, from where it then issues in a single stream.

"Tits" and "boobs" are just slang, but since they are mostly used to describe human breasts, then that should be the definition. That is, the human breast and its nipple.

Leave "crotchboob" as it is. It's not an udder and it's not a teat. It's a pair of breasts at the crotch.

I agree with all of this. And since the aliasing from crotch_boob to just teat has happened anyway, I've found inaccurate results from searching for it.

IE when searching for crotch_boob I've found these which are inappropriate in my opinion (along with anything that's obviously bovine style udder as described by Keahizu):

There is the big_teats tag that can be used to describe what the crotchboob tag usually does. It might not be entirely accurate according to that well-defined definition, but I haven't found anything better.

This alias still needs to be remanded. A teat is just another word for nipple. It has no implication where the nipple or breast is located. crotch_boob is a widely used and accepted term, and is actually accurate to describe the subject in question: breasts located at the crotch, like that of a mare, opposed to an udder which is a different structure entirely or multiple_teats/multiple_breasts.

big_teats literally means big_nipples so it isn't really relevant either.
