Yeah, I don't know why it was a character tag. It's fixed now.
For future reference: to change the type of a tag, find it in the tags page and click its "edit" link.

The change was probably because of post #922285 featuring a character named Van, so another tip when this happens is to look at, especially, recent posts (or search using tag history tool) and fix the problem there as well. E.g. in this case remove vehicle and rename the character Van tag to something more appropriate.

Is a disambiguation in place? It has been used as general tag, character tag and artist tag.
