The definition of butt_squeeze makes it, in practice, like a union of holding_butt and butt_grab. I'd like to clean everything out of butt_squeeze -butt_grab and then have a butt_squeeze --> butt_grab alias.

Whatever the distinction between squeezing and grabbing the tag was meant to serve, it's too subtle to be useful.

Any objections before I start?
