Requested feature overview description.

Making the tagging system ignore capital letters and treat them like lowercase letters in tag scripting instead, which are accepted.

Why would it be useful?

Just like with any form of regular tagging, changing the capitals into lowercase letters and thereby making the edits work would be nice.
When you fill in a script like hi_Res, it doesn't work because of the capital R, even though it says it did (also see forum #209862).

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?

Tag scripting.

Update: strange, yesterday I couldn't tag script because of the capitals, but now it works fine again.
