Tag type history, like notes, tags, flags, records, etc etc.

Why would it be useful?
Tag type changes would be easily spotted and can easily be rectified if incorrect, something that is currently much harder.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?

• A link in /static/more to a dedicated history page /tag_history//tag_type_history (similarly to /post_tag_history).
• Maybe a link for each tag history in /tag/index as well as in /tag/edit (or full history here as well).

Or if that's too much work to do any time soon, this would be a (temporary?) alternative:

Why would it be useful?
Some new users do not understand that you don't have to use tagging meta tags to tag using established tags, general tags often tend to change into character names and back, etc.
