Requested feature overview description.
Currently we have the following tag categories:
General, Artist, Character, Copyright and Species

I propose that one additional tag category be added, with its respective color code. This category should be called TWYK

Why would it be useful?

• It would allow us to separate tags into TWYS tags and TWYK tags.
• It would allow easier distinction between the two types of tags
• It would give more prominence to the TWYK tags. These tags are usually harder to tag, because they require outside knowledge (lore) or metadata.

Note that the tags that are currently contained in the categories Artist, Character, Copyright and Species are all TWYK. So while the majority of TWYK tags are already separated from normal TWYS tags, I feel that it would be useful to give a category to the rest of yet uncategorized TWYK tags.

japanese_text is TWYK?

I guess you have to know what japanese text looks like. But you also have to know how human looks like to tag human in to the image and then you are tagging what you are seeing in the image.

Or does that mean knowing what language is on the image? You can kinda know what language is in image by simply looking at it. If you can't, OSD/write it down manually and throw in google translate automatic detection.

Just like species, you require outside knowledge to know when text is japanese, or chinese, or korean.. or english? :D

-1, because the rules maintain a TWYS policy. Outside information has no relevancy here.

• Incest is technically a TWYS tag due to the fact that people are only supposed to tag it if within the picture they see something to indicate that the two characters are siblings.

• 2016 is a TWYK tag, yes, but would we really need a special tag type just to put a year in it?

• Japanese_text is not TWYK due to the fact that you can tell if text is latin or kanji

The only bits which are TWYK are character names, the artist, and any metadata related to the image. So, like Linicks, I have to -1
