Bug overview description.
The "Takedown #XXXX" dtext shows only "Takedown #" and links to the takedown list overview (https://e621.net/takedown/show/) instead of the specific takedown the post was removed in.
What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
All posts that were deleted through the takedown tool.
What is the expected behavior?
The dtext should show the ID of the takedown, and allow clicking it to reach the specific takedown for ease of use.
What actual behavior is given instead?
The ID is not shown and it links to the overview page (https://e621.net/takedown/show/)

Yes.
What steps did you take to replicate this bug?
Either process a takedown or enter the dtext reason manually.
This also affects all deletion reasons before the last update (where it didn't happen).
Errors or other messages returned (if any).
