Requested feature overview description.

Put a link next to " Respond | Edit | Hide " and " Respond | Report " on forum posts, or to the right of the post date.

Why would it be useful?

Link to a single forum post with context, unlike forum #123456 links.

All forum posts already have an anchor in the HTML like #post-123456, which is linked to from the top of forum #123456
