Bug overview description.
HTTPS on e926 will cause flash loading to fail because it isn't loaded over https.
FIX: Use //example.com/ (Auto protocolling) instead of just http://example.com or https://example.com

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
HTTPS://e926.net

What is the expected behavior?
Flash should be loaded over https instead of http

What actual behavior is given instead?
Flash will not load
