We have been over this a few times.

The consensus is no. The reasons are explained in those threads, but can be summed up as "they look significantly different, and implicating them would make it hard to search for instances where a mega/alolan variant of a Pokemon is paired with the base form."

Just search for *absol. Problem solved, no need for an implication that will never happen because absol mega_absol searches are intended to find both forms in the same image.
