IE7.js should point to a valid URL

IE7.js returns 404 on google.

What steps did you take to replicate this bug?
Personal squid proxy cache was warning me about DEAD URLS found in the page.

Fix
Download and place the shitty browser fixer IE7 standardiser onto the web server and refer to it locally https://github.com/seancoyne/ie7-js/tree/master/lib

This code has already been removed. Along with some other dead shim code for versions of IE so old they predate the site. Pending deploy.
