Yeah, according to my dictionary: "Makeup consisting of a pink or red powder applied to the cheeks."
...She's got a bit of pink lipstick and blue eyeshadow, no blush whatsoever.

You can also point out that it sounds feminine, instead of rogue with a hard gue. But I wonder what her French localization name is, since it means red in French.

Because "Rogue" is an awful name even by Sonic standards.

Rouge is an actual French name, the same as the English name Scarlet and the Japanese name Akane.
