Implying A to B means that A will atomatically result in B, but the inverse isn't true; in another hand, aliasing A to B means that A and B will act as a single tag and B will be the one used to representate both.
In that case what you should suggest is an alias, however we have a bug which impossibilites to suggest an alias to two tags already involved in an implication suggestion and viceversa; So I would propose you to edit your post, strikeout the previous suggestion ([s]text[/s] → text) and write the correct one below.

They can't remove it, but they can edit the text in and request the alias instead.
