In that pictures you linked, I see no signs of psychosis. I just see a suggestive character wearing torn clothing and holding a gun.

A (singular instance) Psycho is an enemy in the Borderlands series. Look in the background and you'll see one wearing their telltale mask.

That's on "you", then; I can't say much because while I can see some use in it, I am also more inclined to use psychotic, something like a man in a straitjacket screaming that he'll be skipping rope with my recently ripped out intestines.

Declaring the state that they are in may be better then declaring the character themselves.

That still leaves those who tag it as "psycho" instead, meaning we don't have any way of knowing which kind of psycho they meant. Was it the type of character in Borderlands or a person with Psychosis.
