Requested feature overview description.
A drop-down menu on the upload page to select a pool to add the post to once uploaded, like on the post's page.
Why would it be useful?
Quickly add uploaded post to pool, useful for uploading many posts at once to a pool, without having to scroll down and click on the "Add to pool" button then "Add" on the uploaded post's page.
What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
The upload page.

You can also use the pool:##### tag to add uploads to an existing pool.

That's probably better than the suggested, unless the drop-down menu ignores whether or not the pool is active or inactive.

This is a feature I personally wouldn't use, but it definitely sounds useful for others, so a +1 from me.

Definitely shouldn't ignore whether a pool is inactive or not, because that drop down menu would be completely cluttered.
