Requested feature overview description.
Simply put, I'd like to have the ability to search for usernames that have been used in the past, and if possible for all users who have had the same username at some point in their time on e6.
Why would it be useful?
Some parts of the page (mainly comment replies, but also off-site emails) only mention a current or past username, having the ability to search for past usernames would allow us to track down those users as required.
What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
https://e621.net/user or maybe a different page if it's better suited as a separate admin tool.
