Requested feature overview description.
Add some more general information about the chat / furnet / IRC to the chat page itself.
Why would it be useful?
We're using the +R more and more on the chat to keep out the undesirables, but the page itself, and the mibbit client, don't give any hints why normal users can't connect.
I would like to see the sentence changed from "Click here for more information about the chat." to something like the following:
This chat is hosted by furnet.org. All furnet.org rules apply. You need to register with furnet.org before you can join the channel. Click here for more information, as well as a short guide on how to register and join.
In the same vein I have already expanded the Help: IRC page to give actually useful information.
