Whoever thought of it, it wasn't Nintendo of America. "Wotter" was Oshawott's fan name before the real names of the Gen 5 Pokémon were revealed. Just like how Snivy was called Smugleaf.

A while ago I to a trip to Paras.
There was wonderful food there, I barely stopped cramming it in my Meowth.
it was a bit foggy in the mornings, but as the sun got higher in the sky it cut through the Gloom.
