New pie chart on Stats page: "Post Ratings"

Why would it be useful?
So we can see how much smut is on e621.

I was going to make a separate feature request for this but I will just do it here.

There should be a new stat, "Average posts per day (past year)". This would track the average for only the previous 365 days.

394 posts per day is the average for the site's entire history. The past year's average should be above 900.

We could do this for registrations, comments, forum posts, and blips, but posts per day is the most important.

"Average file size (past year)" may also be interesting.
