I was wondering if there have been deletes of his art on the site?I came on e6 to find an image that I was sure on here.
But it wasn't.

Then I go to his FA to see if he had actually made it (I had not been on FA, Much less actually logged in for nearly 2 years), its not there either?

I do have the image on me though, its Shiron giving a Charizard a blowjob.

Is there a reason this and possibly other images were removed?
I also noticed a severe lack of his art uploaded to the site.

I even looked up "Shiron Charizard" on here and it doesn't show up.

If there is some stupid reason behind this I'm going to be dissapointed, because Covert's art is very nice. I've even had one of his Charizard sketches as my profile picture on here ever since it was made.

I'm hoping that if these were removed, that they get undeleted.

Apparently it is on his FA, it just wouldn't show it to me, until my friend linked me it.
But it doesn't exist on e6 anymore

no, only few have been deleted for being inferior and their superior versions are still up:
covertcanine status:deleted
the image has never been on e621 since it does not show up any searches (not even reverse image searches) and its definitely not the kind of image that would get destroyed instead of deletion.

also it wouldnt show up for you on FA most likely because you didnt look into covertcanine's scraps since the image is there and not in their main gallery
