Notes appear where they were saved

No notes appear

Any time an image page loads

So far, yes

What steps did you take to replicate this bug?

Open an image page that has notes. Observe none being shown. Click the image to make sure they're not just toggled invisible. Observe a non-zero note count listed below the image and open it to confirm they have the correct content.

None

huh. i can see the notes briefly before the image loads but then it disappears

Looks like I broke it, somehow. I'll put a fix in for it in a little bit.

Edit: Fix created. Testing.
