I found the tag suinmsg and it appears to be a booru. I'm guessing that it should not be tagged but wanted to ask before cleaning it further.

Looking closer it also seems to be the boorus main uploader... actually the only uploader, and tagger. In fact the booru appears to have one user.

Yeah, booru allows you to make your own booru with your own rules, and it appears that artist picked that option to host his artwork. As such I'd leave that tag as the artist tag.

Actually, I retract my statement, this seems to be a booru used by the uploader, and he's simply uploading other people's art to his own booru, and to us. He does tag the actual artists, but appears to tag his own booru for some reason.
I'll remove the tag and fix the rest of the artist tags.
Edit the second: The artist contacted me and stated it's the name of the artist circle, like wetblush. So I set it as copyright tag.
