Although this is correct I don't know how useful it would be. If implicated I'll probably end up using beetle -firefly to filter it out.
They're almost always used ambient/decorative species.

That's why ambient_insect exists. So firefly -ambient_insect or beetle -ambient_insect would filter that out
Granted, ambient insect is unfortunately very undertagged. But that would probably be the best solution
