I've been thinking about it today.
SS2Sonic has created a crossgender Bowser whose personality is very different from the original Bowser. I personally think she should count as a new character in e621's tags (just like Hugtastic Pinkie Pie which is basically a chubby anthro version of Pinkie Pie who answers questions on tumblr).
How do we create a character tag ?
If someone could answer this question, this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance !

You can also change tags type without editing posts tags by pressing Tags from top panel.

Yeah please don't make special character tags for things that are just crossgenders of other characters. That's what the crossgender tag is for.
