Bug overview description.
Linking a wiki page breaks the link when the would-be linked page contains a " character in the title. E.G. [["honest"_john_foulfellow]] -> "honest"_john_foulfellow

At least the forums; I expect it affects anywhere DText is rendered.

What is the expected behavior?
The above example links to https://e621.net/wiki/show/%22honest%22_john_foulfellow

What actual behavior is given instead?
It links to https://e621.net/wiki/show/ (or at least, that's what Firefox makes of the malformed HTML).

Yep.

Copied the DText from the above post while writing a hopefully straightforward bug report. :P
