Aliasing vinyl → rubber

Reason:

Is there a big enough visual difference between them to require separate tags?

PVC, a specific kind of Vinyl, was already aliased to Rubber.

EDIT: The tag alias vinyl -> rubber (forum #252879) has been rejected by @Rainbow_Dash.

otherwise i would say +1 because theres no reason to start separating plastics that look identical... but theres the little issue that it gets tagged also on vinyl records and vinyl scratch from mlp

Most of the 10 Vinyl_Scratch images tagged with just Vinyl seem to be in error. I'll see about cleaning those up.

Records are made from Polyvinyl Chloride, or PVC. There's only 6 images out of the 117 instances of record tagged with Vinyl.

I'd say it should be aliased to latex instead of rubber

...just like fresh-water pipes, drain pipes, PVC clothing, PVC insulation on electrical wiring, "vinyl" siding on houses, and other stuff. If someone says "vinyl", they almost always mean something that is made completely or largely of PVC.
